My son is 5 years old and is autistic. The staff at the salon tonight were so wonderful! They made our week by not only giving him a great haircut but by having the patience and smiles that made us so comfortable. Gabby is now someone we will see on a regular basis because of her kindness and professionalism. YOU ROCK LADIES!!! Thank you so much.
I used Karla v and Sarah p for my wedding last week and it was the best experience ever. I may have spent 3 and a half hours at the salon on my wedding day but my hair is thick and past my waist and they took so much care to make sure I looked absolutely stunning. Thank you, ladies! I've been going to Volume One for a little over a year now, and my stylist is Karla. I can easily say this is one of the best places I've ever been with the friendliest staff. They make me feel welcome, give reminder calls, and book my next 3 appointments so I don't have to worry about getting in her busy schedule. Karla is beyond talented and keeps up with her educational classes, and on top of that she teaches too. She knows my hair and isn't afraid to tell me if something wouldn't be ideal for my hair type. Such a pleasant atmosphere! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Kristen gave me a fabulous fresh cut and Becca totally slayed the coloring! These two had me looking like a total rockstar by the end of the day!!
