This was my first and last time ever to go to this salon. I had high expectations considering the other reviews. The first visit took 3.5 hours for a cut and color which resulted in orange, red, and bronze streaked/splotchy hair. That visit cost me $160 and was told to just go buy purple shampoo to fix the problem. I complained to the salon the next day, went back for a re do to have it corrected. Yes, it's pricey BUT this is one place where you absolutely get what you pay for. As a "mature" woman I appreciate the time and care taken to help me look my best. IMHO, Cortney is a genius and an artist with her tools. I always feel wonderful after she has worked her magic!

My awesome new hair is totally worth the drive from Birmingham to Volume One! We (my mom, aunt, best friend, and me) came down last weekend to see Elliott and have him work his fabulous magic on our hair. We all left with awesome new styles that we love!
