Impeccable service. Party of flavor combinations and spectacular plating. Can't wait to return. Interesting cocktails--but would have loved a vodka based drink as an option.

I celebrated my birthday at Volt, yesterday. The food and beverages were delicious. The staff was highly attentive. They made sure I felt like a queen.
The entire meal was a culinary masterpiece and a world class experience.
We ate at the chef's table. The food was amazing. All courses were really innovative and extremely tasty. The hostess was fantastic, but unfortunately the chef never came over so we could thank him for the fantastic meal.
Nice environment and delicious food....it's worth the experience.. portions could be a bit more generous.
It was our second time there and we did Table 21 this time. While the food was good it was not incredible. I actually liked the regular dining room better than table 21. For $400 (including tax and tip) I expected a bit more. Some of the dishes were really good, but others just seemed to miss the mark. The food was well prepared and they executed well on the traditional recipies. My favorites were the cocktails. Very innovative and flavors were bold which tantalize your taste buds. Hospitality was great; however, the service felt rushed, and they forgot to offer a spoon to stir sugar with into our coffee. Overall, good food, good service, and good ambieance.

The kind folks at Volt put on their very best in style, service, more service and exquisite culinary delights, from tastes to spirits with beauty and extraordinary panache.
