I love it 😍 congratulations for the chef or chefs .
We have dined here twice in the past year in the regular dining room; each time has been a fantastic experience. The food and service were amazing-creative, artistic and of course delicious. Additionally you get so many wonderful, complimentary surprises: delicious appetizers, various nibbles of desserts, and a huge chocolate chip cookie to take home! All for an extremely reasonable price. I hope Frederick realizes what a jewel they have in Volt!
I love coming here for the New Year's Eve dinner. I've sat at both the chef's counter and at a table. I prefer the chef's counter and highly suggest the wine pairing with your meal. The only complaint I have is that the dishes get larger and heavier with each course, I personally thought the last couple of meat dishes were a little too large and overwhelming to end with. I took my wife here for our 25th Anniversary dinner and from the moment we walked in we were treated exceptionally well. The staff was very attentive and our Captain was amazing. The seats at the Chef's counter allowed us to see the kitchen operations and in many instances we saw our plates being made. Perfection. The food, the service, the cocktails and the atmosphere are all simply amazing. The best of the best.
First of all make sure you don't eat before you go and take your appetite with you. This way truly a 5 star restaurant experience. The service is unforgettable. I was introduce to the Voltaggio Brothers from the show Top Chef and this restaurant was on my to do list. Believe me if you enjoy fine dining you won't be dispointed. Bravo Bryan Voltaggio!
