The Service at Ontario VW was awesome. Had a recent flat tire and I called ahead while I was getting the towed to the dealer and to my surprise they had me pull into the bay right away and sold me the tire at a discounted price. Brad you are asset to your store and your department.

He was very responsive to my e-mails and worked around my schedule to get me an appointment that was convenient for me. Refered by my ins.co. and i can see why now. the accident was small,but the actual time it took was 3 weeks. and the hood fit terrible. the manager was very rude and i would guess might of been drunk. the ins company refered me there so they could save money. i will never go back there again.

Not very happy with our 2000 new Beatle which has cost us nearly one or two thousand dollars of major repairs every year we have owned the vehicle. This is not the routine maintance like oil changes of adjustments. We replaced the cable to the trunk twice and to the gas cap. We even had the driver's side window fall into the door. Fog lights had water in them and would cost over $5oo to fix which we didnt fix. The car was once in the garage for a month for the the problem with the air conditioner.
