If I could give them a negative number I would. It took 2 weeks to service my car when the job was really a 1 or 2 day repair. After 5 days we were given a loaner car and were told they were “doing me a favor” and that this was a service that was “not owed to anyone.” They were unapologetic and rude. I will never purchase or lease a vehicle from them ever again.

Very happy with the friendly and helpful service at Smithtown VW. Howard worked with my husband and I to find me the perfect replacement for my old lease. In love with my new Tiguan and Howard was amazing-sat with us for an hour showing me how to use all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend this dealership after dealing with the factory that is the Atlantic dealerships.
I have never had anything but professional and friendly service at SmithtownVW. When dealing with the TDI recall which was not there fault , yet they get all the headaches. They where fantastic and very helpful. If you have a VW or are interested in purchasing one SmithtownVW is the place to go.

Very sloppy. My daughter had her Cabrio serviced there three times. Two of the three times the work needed to be redone by another mechanic. One time they left old part that they had taken off engine under the hood. Very dangerous. I called to complain and they were pleasant, but I believe they only really care about new car sales.
