RecommendedWe just bought a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from Smithtown Volkswagen. Our salesman Bob Ribaudo was fantastic. Bob spend a lot of time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. After complaining to the new manager about my 2 dissatisfying experiences with their service department and about a salesman who told us incorrect information I was told I have an attitude and escorted out. Great way to treat a return customer. You’ve lost us for good.

Great customer service, quick and easy. But they didn't send me the free car wash like they s aid they would :(
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The workers in the service department are rude. Also tried to scam me of a lot of money saying I needed my timing chain fixed on my car when I brought to an outside mechanic he told me my timing chain was perfectly fine. My car also sat in the lot for 4 days untouched. HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE
