No correlation between work hours to actual charges with 140 $ per hour For a 45 min of repair I’ve been charged for 2 hours , why ? because they can I will update on VW headquarter response on this ...
Everything was amazing. Quick service and customer service was amazing.
Friendly staff, service completed on time and for the stated price. My husband and I do much of our own work on our cars, so we're aware when shops make up issues (which happens all too often!). I keep coming back to Smithtown VW because they have been consistently honest, prompt, and perform good work.
