On 09/28/2018 Volkswagen of Rochester NH attempting a warranty window repair, damaged my 2017 VW GTI passenger door with a pry bar. $1,200 plus worth of damage! VW USA Customer CARE and the Better Business Bureau of NH were unable to resolve my complaint, when the dealership refused to negotiate on the repair. UPDATE: As of 12/25/2018 VW of Rochester has continued to look the other way and done nothing to settle with me financially. Consider yourself warned!!!
Such a professional and stress free shopping experience. Casey and Marty were great about answering all my questions. Comfortable atmosphere, the background music is just that and not blasting over your conversations. Haven't had to work with the service folks yet, but am expecting the same pleasant experience.
I want to thank Casey and Marty for making my new car buying experience so wonderful, every one wad so very nice and friendly, very professional. Thanks to Steve at Volkswagen of Rochester for taking care of me when my oil light came on as I was heading to Mt. Major. He topped my Audi off quickly and was super nice about me dropping in without an appointment. I was able to get on with my day in no time!
