Recently, we purchased a Tiguan from Volkswagen of Rochester and really enjoyed our experience. We worked with Casey, who was fantastic! She helped answer all of our questions, was extremely friendly and made sure that we were driving away in our new car with the best deal. Everything went smoothly and the Volkswagen team was very efficient and provided us with ample information. We loved our experience with the dealership and working with Casey and highly recommend those that are car shopping to stop into their dealership!

I would like to take a few minutes to recommend Volkswagen of Rochester. My wife and I stoped by to window shop for a Beetle convertible and met the team at this dealership. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership. I felt that I was heard about what I wanted, what we were looking for, and how we wanted to finance this purchase. There was no pressure, no cheesy salesmen breathing down our necks, the selection was impressive and the prices were competitive. Chet and Scott made buying my new Jetta an awesome experience! The easiest and best car purchasing experience for us! I always dread the process of buying a car but Casey made it easy and actually enjoyable! She found the exact car I was looking for at the price I wanted, drove all the way to Boston to get it for me! When we got there to do the purchase all the paperwork was ready to go we were done in less than a half hour. We will be back there for our next that’s for sure!
