Morgan was very blunt lying and giving me the least amount for my trade. Receptionist was rude.

We never even sawthe trade in and the customer never saw our car. She had just bought her car and had negativeequity in trade. How is that our fault? Customer was NEVER lied to in any way. She just didn'tlike that she owed more on her car than its current value. Which is very common when trading in shortly after the purchase of a new car. Shady business practices. Definitely do your research prior to going in. Increased the price twice after I inquired about the vehicle. The second time was the night before I was scheduled to view the car.

In regards to this review, her review is not completely accurate...I'm not saying its untrue but not accurate. The price was raised on 1/18/2016 and she did not make an inquiry on the vehicle until 2/4/2016 which is close to 3 weeks after the price was changed initially.
