Very nice people at the dealership. The Rav 4 was in good shape. After test drive I decided it was a little small for me. The only thing negative was that the price went up online when I went to see it.

Great communication by email, addressed all of my concerns, including making minor wheel curb rash repair and tinting windows, giving me confidence to fly down to Houston from Nashville to make the purchase sight-unseen.
