Delivered to this place and once i got to the guard shack, they informed me i had to go to another place to get a contact to get authorization to enter the premises. So after waiting over a half hour to even get the contact info to get inside they then need a 16 digit number. Now we have to call our dispatch which now has to call the customer to get this number. This should have been DONE! The customer (which is volkeswagen) should have already had that ready for our dispatch. We got here at 1:30pm and are still here at 2:15... read more
