Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We we’re trying to buy a part through an employee named Moe who had an awful attitude to begin with then hung up while we were getting the VIN. Called the Bozeman location and got what we needed with no problems. Extremely disappointed seeing as we own a small repair shop and we won’t be able to buy parts through this location any longer.
I purchased a brand new vw tiguan on April 26, with the promise that they would be fixing a dent in the the door. since then they are impossible to get a hold of. the GM doesn't know what is going on and blames others. no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I talked to the gm on 5.27 with the promise he would be calling me 5.28 by 11:30 am with answers on my car. however i never received a call. the only reason i am giving them 2 starts because Eric has been a god send trough the process and is the only one that car... read more
Service department is honest!
Volkswagen of Billings could improve b y sending my paperwork to the courthouse so I can properly register my newly purchased vehicle, paying off my trade in so the loan company will quit calling me, find a way to get the 50 points deducted from my credit score because my trade in isn't paid off yet... I call everyday. nobody can help me, I get transferred and leave a new voice message everyday, haven't got a single call back in a week.
They were willing to work with us and were absolutely amazing and polite! Will buy here again!
Just leased a car! Very smooth, very easy to work with. Went in with a budget and a set payment plan and they were very accommodating.
