Worst customer service I've ever received. I went in to look at a vehicle that I had already been approved by my own credit union to purchase however, the 3 sales men that I was dealing with belittled me and acted like they were doing me a favor to "try" to finance me internally. They kept asking when my husband could come meet with them to discuss the terms instead of paying attention to what I was saying (probably because I'm a female). BOYCOTT Volkswagen Kia of Billings!!!
