Mike is THE BEST!!! Came in with a car that could and would literally kill me and drove away with a brand new car. Why? Because he was NOT letting me drive away in my death trap. Thank you again for getting me a new car!! Highly recommend them!
They do not honor their AD'S..We had a rude sales that kept Burping in front of across his desk. complaining he da acid reflex..and then the finance manger came over to talk us and he rude and no respect for people.
Went in today for the big savings and take a look at a new Atlas. The sticker on the Atlas said $41,000. The salesman came back with a price saying that the actual price the sales manager said it was is $63,000 and the sticker price was wrong. I kept asking him why that was so high and all he would say back is “what do you want your monthly payments to be?” Don’t waste your time like we did ours 🙄
They treated me very well. Fred Brown sold me my new car and he was very nice and treated me with respect. I would recommend people here. Thank you again!
My first experience with this dealership was nothing short of awful. The sales manager (I think) for the day was pushy after I had made clear I was looking for a certain car and condescending and everything people dislike about car sales. But, Mike S reached out a couple weeks later when he knew the type of car I wanted was coming in and has been the exact opposite. He made me feel comfortable coming back in to take a look and gave a truly exceptional experience to turn it back around.
