This has been the worst car buying experience ever!!! I bought a brand new Challenger SRT8 ($45,000) Three days after the car wouldn't start. Now they have had the car for almost a month. I will not nor will I ever recommend this dealership. The general manager hides and won't return phone calls. The service department is the worst. Do not buy or bring your vehicle here for repairs.

Jajajajaja all bad reviews and like me they stold 1200 dls from a trade in that I never got license plates because they were trying to sell me a truck without a title and this nightmare lasted for 6 months and the general manager I don't remember his name but I think is Rodriguez he is an ass hole so better not buy from any viva group dealer
Worst parts department ever! I Ordered ball joints by vin and they got it wrong twice, than did everything possible to keep my money. The parts MANAGER actually started yelling at me and I had to tell him to calm down three times. They still owe the money. I'll never go there again and I recommend going anywhere else. I had to put one star to post this but they are in the negative.
I don't recommend this dealer, Horrible costumer service. I recommend you to just go somewhere else.
Rotten salespeople and mechanics
My wife an I are looking for a new vehicle. I live 2 hours away in southern New Mexico, and getting anyone to contact you is like pulling teeth. I have requested information more than once, received an email and then nothing. I will find another dealership to handle my business because this place just doesn't make the cut.
