I agree it is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They treat disabled veterans like dirt. I am sure that they tell stories to all retired, active and just veterans in general to sell them a car. The word needs to get out that they should avoid the Viva line of dealerships to purchase a car.
Worst customer service and rude salesmen make this place a horrible dealership.
Love this dealership. Everyone in my family drives Dodge/Ram cars purchased at this dealership. We purchased my daughter's first car this weekend and we were in and out in half a day....financing was a breeze!!! Our sales person, Juan Weisel is the best. He's patient and not a pushy sales man. Mr. Flores, Jerry and Javier Perez in financing are very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be coming back next time we trade in.
Is there a zero star rating? I traded in my '14 Ram for a '15 Ram on the 8th of June and handed them my truck on the same day. To make it short? They still haven't paid my old truck off, 27 days later and I was told it will be paid after my due date on my old truck.
