Why can't i just rate them 0 stars!? Cause they sure dont deserve even that 1 star! They are beyond terrible just a bunch of crooks and liars!! Would def advice everyone to stay away from this place!!! i wish i would have payed attention to all the negative reviews everywhere about them and not set foot at this place..
Tried to change the deal & have me come in and resign 1week after I bought the car. Then come to find out the car didn't have all the small extras installed on it that was noted on the added sticker that brought the price up. Not to mention the extended warranty they sold me was crap. Every time there was something wrong they tried to disqualify so they can say it wasn't covered. I had bought a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T New. Car was great dealership sucked balls.
Viva sucks! Terrible customer service. Do not buy vehicles from them. Double check your invoice before you sign. Still waiting on my refund after over a month.

I was there this morning to do some recall work on my Durango, and the guys from the service department where very nice, specially Mando! I you want work done. and well done, ask for him, he'll help you! !
Service department is terrible. Five days to get something done when the other dealership got it done that same day. Didn't get not one apology from anybody there. I got my car towed from there to another dealership because these guys were rude and slow.
Purchased vehicle beginning of January still waiting for license plate and waiting for temporary license plate to arrive. And that's only part of the hassle.
Wow! I can't believe that the GM has not looked into all these negative reviews!! If I had seen this before I bought my car at Viva Dodge I would have never purchased it there! They have had my daughters car for a month now and they still have not done anything with it!! I will not be surprised if this company goes under. Very poor poor poor everything.
