I will have given 5 stars if all the employees were like George and Donaldo. They really have the personality and the empathy to give the patient and the family the support we need at that difficult moment. Both if them are an asset us this kind of facility.Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with Kim , the secretary and Giovanna, the nurse. We are 4 kids + my dad’s sister, who flew all the way from Dominican Republic to be with my dad. Before we made the … See more

First, on behalf of my family and I, I would like to thank DONALDO and GEORGE for their great caring of my dying dad. They were both courteous, kind, and had empathy for our father and us as a family. They exhibited the characteristics of what true healthcare workers should have in caring for others. They do not care about the patients or their fa… See more

The day shift staff is amazing, but know that the shift that follows may check on the patient 1-2x and the 3rd shift will leave them crying for help and not so much as check on them at all, not 1x. Do not bother to complain as there are no consequences. There was a nurse Bianca who slept and not once looked in on any of the 6 patients her entire shift from 11-7, and she was the only nurse on duty!! When confronted I told to do what I like as nothing would be done and this was sadly confirmed by outside staff whom could only ... read more
