Toxic environment with toxic leadership is in their customer care center. There are lots of people in leadership positions with no leadership skills. The ones who are not toxic have no back bone or courage to stand up for what’s right. a lot of actions that occur that is evident they don’t make patients or families their top priority. It’s all about money n numbers. There’s a reason their turn over rate is soooooo bad and high, especially over this past year…it ain’t because the job is hard.
Lack of communication with this company is why we left and went with another!
