Do not ever work for this company. My supervisor leaked my personnel file information. No apology was given. The environment was very toxic and these supervisors were very effective at managing that. In fact they treat you funny if you have the audacity to complain. Work at Trustbridge or Kindred.
No empathy for patients. I have my 83 yr old mother on Crisis Care and they were understaffed tonight. Didnt have a replacement nurse and wanted to transfer her to a facility in her delicate condition in this cold weather. They DO NOT CARE about the patient.
Thank you for the wonderful service you provide for my mom. Your nursing & Social Worker teams are great.
