My mom came home with Vitas from the hospital on 4/5. On the 6th, the nurse came. All sorts of promises were made. I called them later that day because there was a problem. No one called me back. It's been a week. Nothing that I was told would happen has happened. This is very poor service. I called today to get put into voice mail.
