Just started going to Vitality and I already feel more in charge of my overall health and well-being. The Doctors do a full orientation with you which teaches you everything you need to know about their technique before they even adjust you. I've been to many chiropractors through the years, but nothing like Vitality. I went in with neck, upper, mid and lower back pain.
