Went to vitality with tightness and pain in my left leg causing really bad sciatica. In 1 session she was able to eleviate alot of that tightness while also relaxing my muscles with a great massage at the same time. Thank you. See you friday!

Loriana was fantastic! I had a much-needed deep tissue massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly thorough and attentive to every detail. Her pressure was strong and consistent — exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
2 Words-AMAZING, AMAZING. Lori and her staff at Vitality are probably one of the best massage places in Miami, tucked away near The Falls area amongst many gyms. (hint: gyms = muscles = strong hands = great massage.)
