RecommendedFrom the calm, warm interior, to the helpful, good-natured staff, to the very thorough eye exam, everything at Vita Park Eye Associates was first class. The personnel answered all of my questions and I was treated warmly and courteously at every step of the process. I certainly will go back to their office for my optical needs.

Update: Jay Wilkins called me to follow-up after my initial appointment earlier today. Jay politely answered my questions on cost, and apologized for my initial experience today. We reschedule my eye exam for next week. I am looking forward to it. Fact remains, health care services and insurance are complicated. As consumers, we need to remember that we are "customers" ...even if our insurance is "paying the bill" it is our money and we have every right to know what services are being provided to us and what they cost before... read more
They take great care of my families eyes! Thankful to have such a great clinic right here in Beaver Dam. Dr. Castillo and his staff are the best!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
A New Year's Day bottle of champagne confetti sent my 13 year old son to the ER with a scratched cornea. He was in excruciating pain and could not open his eye. We were terrified as we had never experienced this type of injury before (and with three boys, that's surprising). Dr. Castillo was the ophthalmologist on call and he met us at his Beaver Dam clinic. He didn't just treat my son's physical injury, he calmed his anxiety (and mine) and took the time to actually talk with him to assure him he would be OK. His wife Debbie... read more
Will never go anywhere else for my eye care! Dr. Castillo is amazing and the team there go above and beyond!
Been going to the Beaver Dam location or the Waupun location for years. They are very thorough and all the Drs I've had have been great.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be going back nor will I recommend them to anyone.

It's the best place in town. Dr. Wilkins has been treating my glaucoma for years and definitely knows what he's doing.
