I have been to Vista Place several times, and I am always impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of employees and the cleanliness of all buildings. My friends who have lived here in the past have never had a single complaint, and I don't blame them! Definitely one of the "best of the best" in Russellville, Arkansas! Keep up the great work, management & staff!
This is the third year my daughter has lived in this apartment complex. The air conditioner was broken in August of 2016 when she moved in and it is still broken. Her apartment is currently 82 degrees today. This is the third week with no air, her clothes dryer was broken for weeks, an animal was in the bathroom vent one month ago and Meghan informed me, just now, that no one is on call 24/7. I really wish I didn't have to pick a star because this place is outrageous, I signed a lease to pay $405 and I have been paying $503.00 ,$415.00, $430.00, $425.84, $473.10 and that's crazy for a college student to be paying different prices in an apartment where you have four roommates and y'all ALL PAY THAT PRICE FOR ONE UNIT!!!!! I can't wait until my lease is up because not only that but the management is so freaking rude right alone with the staff they have working here. They advertise student living which is true as long as you never graduate or move out.... I had to move out literally wishing 2 days because of a job I took that required me to relocate. I received a letter a week later for a bill of almost $6,000 mainly for a lease I signed which at the time I didn't know I was going to have to move... The lease doesn't start until August 2016, in order for you to get out of it I have to pay $300... Seems simple right, no ! Super awesome amenities at Vista! There's always events taking place as well as included tanning, gym and pool access! I love that it's so close to campus and I had the opportunity to make some awesome new friends with my roommates!
