Wouldn't refund deposit after apartment was left spick and span. And I know it was clean because I was the one that went and cleaned it and left it spotless EVEN THOUGH it was FILTHY when my son moved in. And THEN they tried to bill me for 2 months of electricity after my son had already moved out. I highly recommend you re-think before picking this place as the housing for your college student.

If you like rude and obnoxious college kids for roomates this is the place for you. First roomates were smoking pot in the building, as do many others you can smell it in the hallway. Also had to call the cops twice on my downstair neighbors because my floor was shaking from music at 3 in the morning
My sister rented this place because of the close proximity to the college. That was a mistake. Everytime I visit her all I can smell is drugs. She has been robbed three times and has had no luck for maintenance. Everytime something breaks it takes forever to be fixed, if it gets fixed at all. Take your business somewhere else. This place has regards for it's customers and is completely unsafe.
It a good plsce to live they great things for there's people
