They don't even deserve a 1 star!!! I have the worst experience with them over my daughters glasses!!! The employees are very rude and don't remember which lie they have told who. I have been lied to for 3 days and spoke with the manager who was very disrespectful and hung on me once she realized I was getting furious. So I called the corporate office!! Anyone wh has an issue with them that would be my suggestion to do as well!!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My son had a 9:15 appointment, we got there at 9:00 to complete paperwork, as instructed when we made the appointment. At 10:00, the pre-screening hadn't even been done. When I asked how long it would be, all the "manager" could say was they'd get to us. She said she "doesn't make the rules" and asked if I just wanted her to let me go ahead of all the other people who were waiting. I made an appointment, but found out the day-of that I was never put into the system. I rescheduled for this week and the same thing happened- not in the system, no appointment. I'm not trying a third time.
Consistantly an hour or more behind schedule. Staff is kind of rude and unapologetic about delays. Once you finally see the doctor though, he is great. Example: Had appointment at 9:45 and didn't get seen until after 11. Had a follow up appointment at 9:15 and didn't get seen until 10:30.
