Appointment was at 12:15 and it’s 1:16 and still haven’t seen the doctor
Scheduled an appointment for my son, an hour later we still had not seen the doctor. Rescheduled for another day and it still took over 1-1/2 hours to be seen. Ordered his glasses and when we went to pick them up they were wrong. Went back to get them later that afternoon and asked for a school note from the earlier visit and they wrote the afternoon times. The girl assisting us acted like I was crazy for wanting the note to reflect the 11:00 time of the first visit. Will never go back there.
Excellent, friendly, great and attentive customer service. We’ve been going for 4 years now. The front end is helpful and pleasant. I like how you can file out all the paperwork online. Dr. Cox took great care of us.
It was a quick but seemed concerned with my exam and reviewed my last visit and I got 2 pair glasses for 29.00 I left a happy camper.
I will NEVER be back. That was the worst service I have ever had. All the girls working just chit chat and don't care about paying customers.
