This place is a joke! You have an appt and sit and wait for two hours while they take other ppl back that came in AFTER you! Then when you ask about it, they treat you like ur stupid and look at you like why are you asking!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 and I arrived shortly before that. I finally left at 5 having never been seen. When I told the ladies up front I was leaving, all I got was, “ok”. No apologies or offers to reschedule or anything. I will find another optometrist to go to that won’t waste my entire afternoon.

First time I came they had gotten my prescription wrong, called and the lady said to come on in, I come in and they say they can’t see me that the doctor had another patient then it’s closing time. Wasted time. I scheduled an appointment for today and I’ve waited over an hour and a half for a RE-EXAM. Something I shouldn’t even have to be doing in the first place. Would not recommend.
RecommendedI chose to take my daughter to Visionworks bc of convenience. I was having trouble getting her in with her regular eye place before school, so I loved that they got her in the same day I called.... Once there, the examiner asked lots of questions about my daughters recent headaches. She suggested they dilate her eyes to check for possible causes. Visionworks Richmond took care of us in a tough customer satisfaction-type situation. My wife's glasses broke twice in the same way for no particular reason, and after buying them twice, we were a little annoyed. However, Caitlin, the GM, took care of us very professionally and made the problem right. We will be very glad to go back in the future after being listened to and helped so thoroughly. Also, Caitlin deserves a raise for dealing with us.
