They always treat me well. The waiting room wait was a little long, when I had an appointment. But that is expected in most Dr's offices. The lady who fitted me and my family this past Saturday was very very nice to us. I definitely always recommend them to my friends and family.

They are prompt. They are all about customer service. They are very accommodating. And I've never left unsatisfied.
watch out for hidden charges! I was quoted $60 and was charged $90 + exam was not completed to a point where I could order glasses online. I left with no prescription and my time was wasted the staff was terrible except for the actual Dr and the lady that did my initial pretest. She was very very nice and very helpful. when I questioned the extra charges and for the exam to be completed so I could purchase glasses online, the manager snatched my prescription out of my hand. Called earlier and asked if they could see me as a walk in patient tonight, and they say they could see me, so I drive all the way there from Rockcastle and once I get there, they tell me I can’t be seen. Very upset. I will not be back there! I will never recommend this place to anyone!
Very long wait, even with an appointment then multiple return visits to try to get my contacts correct. On the 4th visit, when I expressed discontent about waiting indefinitely to finalize my purchase, I was told in front of several people that I needed to wait my turn after all the people who HAD appointments (6 more). Contact checkups are supposed to be walk-ins and you aren’t supposed to wait as long - they squeeze you in. (Which is why I waited so long for my actual appointments-walk-ins got to go ahead of me). staff was not very friendly over a mistake they made and seemed annoyed because they had to fix it. Personally, we just didn't have a good experience!
That place is a rip off! I went there several consecutive years to get glasses and contacts ...and I always purchased the warranty on my glasses. I was told the warranty is for the lifetime of the glasses… I took my glasses back in because they were messed up and vision Works would not honor the warranty. I left messages for the GM and she didn’t call....Moreover, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE the staff acts as if customers are a complete nuisance to their day…very unwelcoming and unprofessional.
