Ordered contacts three weeks ago from them and still have not gotten them (usually go to the **. ***** branch where they are wonderful and actually know what they are doing but due to covid they were temporarily closed ) after waiting two weeks for them to show up and once you the **. ***** branch was open I ordered through them and got their contacts within a week. Tried calling the *** *****location again and once again got rude and poor service from the manager. I am so fed up with this all and no longer know what to do.
I was taken advantage of by this company. After they received my payment for the eye exam and authorization to bill my insurance carrier, they immediately cut off the rest of my appointment preventing me from placing my order for contact lenses. I went in for my scheduled appointment on 12/8/2020 at 530pm (arrived at 520pm) and went through the vision exam. The assistant immediately provided me with an invoice for the exam. Ordered a pair of glasses online and they never arrived. UPS marked the package as delivered however my cameras never picked up a delivery. Now ups is investigating but visionworks says they will not replace them if they say its delivered. I paid for glasses I never recieved and visionworks doesn't take responsibility. Worst shopping experience I have ever had and I'm out $350.

Never come back to this place. I’ve done my eyes exam since last month and Doctor said will call me come back to give me trial pair of contact lens but been a month so far they didn’t contact me or give any trial pair either i been called them to many times to ask for it then they said will call me back right away to figured but they did not. I went into the Visionworks store on Oct.24 to place an order for my son's glasses. I was promised them in at least 2 weeks on Nov. 7. I called in on Nov 6 for an update and was notified there was an issue at the lab and the frames would have to be resent and the order to be processed from the beginning. The staff at the store was very polite but no one was able to give me a definite answer of when the glasses would be ready. My daughter and I went to Visonworks on October 1, 2020. We got our eyes checked and opted to get a pair of glasses as well as contacts. In Mid October my daughter and I went to pick up our glasses. My contacts were in and the young lady asked that I make an appointment to be seen on another day. I told her I needed to be seen that day as we drive 3.5 hours to Flagstaff and we don't get to Flagstaff often. I asked for my daughters contacts and was told they would be in later. I was confused. Bad Scheduling System @ Kentlands, MD My appointment was made last year right after my visit. I received a text message to confirm my appointment two weeks before the appointment date, and I replied 'Y' to confirm right away. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment and found out it was canceled. No apology, no explanation, and no reschedule. They offered to squeeze me into the full booked schedule, but no guarantee on the wait time. Had to leave since I could not wait around.
My wife bought glasses at Visionworks in September and they cost $510. I went there about 1 month later to purchase my glasses and although the frames I picked less than my wifes, the salesperson said the cost would be $859. When we asked why there was such a price difference the salesperson tried to say that the options I chose added to the cost. I cannot get thru to a live person at Visionworks via my local store number or the 800 number. I've been trying for days. Neither of the two options offered on their website is what I need. Both the local and 800 numbers give the same recordings, which first say that an associate will be with me shortly. Then it provides a menu of choices, none of which offer what I need or allow me to reach a live person or even to leave a message. The menu message just loops over and over again.
