Worst customer service ever. We were Standing at "customer service" desk over 5 minutes, with 3 employees at the desk right in front of me, without any of them saying a word of greeting to us. When one of them finally did acknowledge our presence, she didn't even look at my face, and grudgingly said, somebody will be with you as soon as possible. That was about 15 minutes ago. WOW!! It was my first time getting an eye exam. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing customer experience!
I purchased my glasses nine months ago with scratch resistance. I was not offered for an additional $60 insurance to cover scratches to the lenses. They will not replace the lenses. Now I'm stuck with scratched lenses. I would have paid the $60 if it had been offered. I will not go back. I'll go back to my former optometrist where I know I will be treated with respect and I will get the service I paid. I have never had a problem with getting my lenses replaced when I scratch them
Very very unorganized. Upon finally getting through the exam I was told there was not a proof of insurance in my file, information that was presented the day before. I declined to pay an additional $30.00 dollar fee for something I did not request. I won't go back.
Answered all my questions for me and my kids. Loved the smiles from everyone.
