RecommendedI received excellent customer service here, even after the sale. Jason Good went above and beyond in helping me select two frames, and even when I had to return one when it did not work out for me. Then - four months later (during the pandemic) I needed a copy of my receipt and Jason faxed a copy. His name should be Jason GREAT!
I highly recommend vision works because of there friendly and helpful staff. Jason Good especially helped find the perfect frame and went above and beyond. .
You can't even get a simple eye pressure test without a complete eye exam! Not good way to do business!
I highly recommend Vision Works the staff is extremely helpful thoughtful and experienced. I walked in picked out glasses seen doctor had my tests had the greatest customer service from Jason who helped me pick out a great pair of glasses to suit my needs. First appointment 1/7/19, went great Jason was (and still is fabulous), appointment took a while, but I was patient. Glasses came in, wore them for a week and still couldn’t see out of them. 2nd appointment, Dr. Spangler(?) readjusted my prescription and I told him at the end of adjustment that it was still blurry and he refused to listen to what I had to say.
