RecommendedThe selection and price was very good, but the real difference was the service. The service is amazing. We came in, unfortunately 15 minutes before close. These ladies were professional and accommodating. They were all so friendly, kind, and customer service centered it was a pleasure being there. Highly recommended visiting when you need glasses.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I talked to three different employees and was given three completely different answers to my questions concerning contacts. When one employee told me over the phone that I could come in and get a free trial of disposable contacts since I had recently had an eye exam there, I drove to the store. service above & beyond my expectations I was truly impressed by my experience at Hour Eyes. I went in to fill a prescription for reading glasses for my elderly mother. I needed them the following day for her therapy appointment. I was directed to the section for the reading frames choices and after choosing one asked what the timing would be to fill it. After they checked, I was first told that it would take 7 to 10 business days as they did not have that lens in stock. I asked if I could check with other locations and if I ... read more
