The office staff and Dr. Chu are nice, but not efficient at all. Dr. Chu recommended a different kind of contacts than what I had been using previously. The first trial contacts took over a week to arrive. Those first trial lenses did not work, and the second trial contacts took an additional week. to arrive - 2 weeks of wearing glasses! Then the second trials did not work either. So I was not about to wait an additional 3rd week of wearing glasses all day.
