My family member went in to have her vehicle serviced, expressed wanting to upgrade at sometime to a SUV suitable for her husband. She was sold a 2018, 3rd row SUV, traded in a 2011 sonata for 3K, and financed for 7 years at just under $400😡 oh yeah and they sold her an extended warranty for 3K. I am very disappointed and have contacted the state attorney generals office to file a complaint as her children feel strongly that she was taken advantage of. Vision Hyundai is phenomenal in canandaigua there customer service is great. I am very grateful to Massimo Castelli and Courtney Place for their hard work and determination to get my son a great deal on the car that he wanted. i posted a review earlier of an experience my friend had here and they took it down. No matter.. I'll keep re-posting it here and to all of my friends, family, and business associates until they fix it. if anyone wants to know ask.. these guys are a scam and do not stand behind ant of the cars they sell.
Worst service dept I have EVER dealt with in my life. One problem after another. Never leave there happy. Left in tears twice!!!! Ugh!
Customers are NOT their first priority
I came in on Sunday 5-19 at noon. Was immediately jumped on by Barry one of the salesman- to say the lease I was not impressed. My car blew up (literally) was looking to see what cars may fit my budget- staff should be knowledgeable on prices instead of whipping out a cheat sheet- to me they know nothing about the cars they’re trying to sell. Once we got in- basically told me they I would not be approved. Funny because you guys approve everyone... if not then don’t false advertise. Also beware- you will be flooded with spam.
