I don’t know about this place anymore, was broke down on side of road called service department to see if they had any preferred towing or knew of any that would get my car to their shop, simple answer no, maybe a laugh as the phone hung up, I don’t know I was very worked up about being stuck On 318, needless to say I found a shop and a tow truck, and maybe a new place to care about the money I seem to spend there every year to keep me moving, thanks for the help service guy, sorry I bothered you
Wow took a survey witch is not confidential! They will use the score against you! Completely wrong they would rather use it against the customer then making themselves better! Don’t take the survey a waist of time! This was after an oil change and the guy was driving my vehicle reckless and mashing down on the brakes. Not to mention left my tan seats a mess!!! I was being honest In the survey then Adam service manager used it against me!
