They sold me a car with a broken radio never called back,or confirmed that radio was ready to be fixed,lies about sending off for the radio in the first place ran us around..please don't deal with these people, so sad cause the ripped off the wrong person.

This dealership just ripped off a 93 year old buy over charging $10,000 for a used car with no door handle and among other extras sold a 10 year warranty on a car - the car is a 2014. This is theft!
Great sales experience! The service center is terrible!!
This dealership has given me nothing but trouble since I signed with them. DO NOT BUY HERE the workers do not care and managers don't either. These people are GREEDY and will do and say whatever to get you to sign a contract then treat you crappy if you have any concerns afterwards!

They have refused to do work for a manufacture recall on my mother's suv. Hyundai had to call the dealership directly and let them know they need to complete the eork. It is a safety recall. Hyundai will also pay for a rental while the work is being done and the dealership refuses to provide my mother with a loaner. She is physically disabled and on a budget receiving only social security income. The staff has been rude, distespectful, and unwilling to be of much help.
