Straight crooks wouldn’t recommend
A few years ago, I was in a lease with a 1 year left, I was offered a pull out deal. I of course took the deal. i have been dealing with the same salesmen for a very long time and i trust him. Huge mistake. He never said they were going to roll over the year left on my lease into my new lease. Shame on me for not double checking. I signed for a 4 year lease. I didn't realize that until I checked my paperwork when I was home. Never again. My lease is up and I went to someplace else and got a better deal.
Vision Hyundai customer service.... What do you want me to do? Cars aren't supposed to last over 100k This from a 20 second "conversation" behind the mirrored glass.
We have brought several cars from Vision Hyundai in the past and decided to stop by and look at the 2018 Elantra, Our salesperson Muneeb Suhail was awesome. We felt no pressure at all. It was relaxing and dare I say fun. We went in looking for a Elantra but Mr. Suhail was able to put my husband in a 2018 Sonata for the same price. We are so impressed with our salesperson I may return Monday to look at a new car for myself.

Everyone has an experience with vision and I have mine. Used car purchase had to bring it back the very next day and 3 time after that. Not one time did my sales guy call and see how things were going. But surely was on my phone making sure I was coming out to see about some vehicles. What made me post is 5 minutes ago I called my sales guy and ask why with all the validated issues with my car why didn't you follow up with me why didn't you respond to my emails or calls? his response was,, would you like me to call you every... read more

Very friendly staff! Was welcomed into dealer ship with open arms. Than another younger gentlemen helped me and was attentive to my needs. Mike Castle is amazing! Tysm for your professional staff !
