I got a car from here a year ago and it seems like every three months something is wrong. When I first got it the car had no breaks speakers raddled lighter jack blew out. I tried to get them to fix it and the rigged it to work which blew out on me again. 02 sensor , tire air valve whatever u call it totally damaged had to replace the my tire kept getting flat. Went to look at a truck on a Thursday. Drove the lot didn't see it. Decided I would go in and see if it was around or sold the sales guy said they still had it. So we started to head out to the lot to look for it. A detailer/mechanic pulled up in the truck. Had a 4 pack of beer in the front seat. Great first impression here. Bought a car from here, has been less then a year and the car is off the road. Car has been in the shop more than me driving it. I called to see if anything could be done and they questioned if I was keeping up with the service on it and then said I should see if my lender has warrenty. One I drive this car to and from work and take my child to and from daycare. Of course I keep up with it, its the only thing I have to get me to where i need to go. I went to Vision Hyundai Henrietta today because I had some time to kill and I thought I would see what my options were on buying a (new) vehicle. First off, I went inside and was not greeted by any of the 10 or so employees I saw in the lobby area. I found a salesman (I won't mention any names). I recently bought a vehicle from another dealership and they screwed me over big time, i felt stuck and stressed. Came to Hyundai and worked with James who was absolutely astounding. Him and Jerry made me feel welcomed, comfortable and helped me to the best of their ability.
