I Love Visionworks Staff in Monroe!! Everyone was very patient with me and helped tremendously with every step of the process, from setting up appointment, doing insurance, and explaining everything so I can understood what was going on and what to expect. They were very honest and kind with helping me choose my frames and getting 2nd & even 3rd opinions. They helped me find the best deal for my needs and budget! My Exam was fast, easy and Best of all I didn't have to be Dilated since they have the Opto-map! Every question I... read more

My family visited Visionworks for the first time recently. We were very impressed by the staff's genuine interest in our needs and desire to be of service. Dr. Fernandez was professional, through and patient and took great care to address all of our concerns. We are all very happy with our new glasses/contacts. We will be seeing Dr. Fernandez from now on. Thank you for your care.

A very good example of a very bad place to do business. Don't be fooled. The gentleman working their desk on the afternoon of 11/30/2017 was so callous and arrogant, I felt embarrassed for him. In very rare cases should anyone deserve exposure. This, I pray, is a rare case. Is this how you treat people excited to spend a few hundred dollars with you? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT!! Avoid These People And Go Someplace Else. They start off nice to get your business then once they have you money treat you like garbage. Lucy was obnoxious, aggressive, and very disrespectful. DeWayne was non-responsive and incompetent. If that wasn't bad enough, they gave me the wrong prescription!!

Very poor customer service, tried to overcharge me for my copay and contact lenses said once I use a portion of my benefits I lose the rest of my benefits????? I guess this was their way of getting more money out of the customer!!!after 1& 1\2 hours later, after I called my insurance let them speak with Davis employee Davis Vision still refused to accept my insurance information. My insurance was in network no less that is why I went there...I left after speaking with manager Rob who was suppose to call me with bill total , ... read more

very girls staff at the desk. A week ago purchased new sun glasses. Since then been back 3 times to have adjustment because glasses were sliding down my nose. I sat 26 minutes before she saw me. Here she comes with an attitude. It took her 20 seconds to make a quick adjustment and was told if it wasn't right come back. I was there again today and was told to sit and wait. I left. I would not use this place for eye care! Sent my daughter to get an exam & contacts before going back to college, so I called before to make sure everything was covered by insurance. After my daughter filled out all the paperwork she was told the exam was not covered but discounts are available for contacts & glasses. RIP OFF! DISHONEST! Was told they had new employees and maybe I was misinformed. THAT REALLY MADE ME FEEL BETTER...NOT!!! Stay away!!

Staff rude to me today. Discrimination against me do to me being handicapped. Had to go to my vehicle for a nitro glinceren tablet due to their treatment. Unable to come back into store slump over in my truck for 15 minutes, no one came out to check on me. Awlful when your disabled and they treat you that way and girls behind counter laughing and making fun of you
