Very friendly staff. Also Lawrence did amazing on my haircut. He listened to what I wanted and asked what I like and gave me what I wanted with my haircut. Also if your military you do get a discount. The only thing I didn't like which is not under the people that work there's fault is how the certain area is like open little area but I'm not taking a star off cuz of something minor like that.
Martin has been cutting and styling my hair for years. I couldn't ask for someone more professional and talented. I never leave disappointed and I always get compliments on my hair. Martin is the best!
You should really change the staff that work the counter. A bunch of rude bitches. I'll stick to going to AVEDA.
Visible Changes is always on top of it all. Customer service, having a clean n stocked salon, N of course, they have our awesome stylist Martin! We have been going to Martin for a few years now n Visible Changes is lucky to have him on their North Star team.
Ok so yesterday i went here because my regular hair lady was out of town. Well i won't be going back to her. My hair was already drying out with her. Well my hair didn't feel dry after Amber did my hair yesterday. I got way more compliments. Believe it or not it was cheaper than what my regular hair stylist charges me. She keeps going up on price. I'm really glad i went in yesterday. Thank you Amber for coloring my hair & thank you Lance or Lawrence for styling my hair. I'm so sorry i can't remember your name.
Definitely going back! Best experience I've had in a hair salon. Amber did my highlights that I absolutely love & JR did my trim! I was so nervous going in but glad I did my hair looks & feels amazing!
Janelle always does an awesome job dying my hair. I've gone through so many different shades of red and with my last appointment, she got the exact shade I've always wanted!
Mary Smith is the BOMB. I live in Austin now, but every opportunity I am in San Antonio I make my appointment to get my hair done by her. She is more than a hair dresser she is my 1 hour support system while me making look beautiful.
