Basically went in blonde asked for low lights to be a shade darker .highlights retouch and came out with a whole different shade of color. Now my blonde is messed up can’t reverse the color. I cried my eyes out no refunded and just gave me an email. Now I’m stuck with a color that is gross . I know my hair can’t be bleached because it was already doubled processed. Before I entered this place. This was my first time HERE.
Got a quick haircut they were able to squeeze me in right at the end of the day which was really nice. I was a little unsure about the cut at first but I have gotten so many compliments on my hair over the last few days. Amazing! Glenn will be the only barber I see in San Antonio!
Came in this evening for a quick bang trim for my girlfriend. Celine was incredibly kind and quick. It made things super convenient and we will definitely be back!

I did not have any service done, but just trying to book an appointment was unwelcoming? I tried getting a wash and blow dry, but they were too busy and I was almost shoo’ed away. I tried giving them another chance because I really wanted something done to my hair and went ahead and booked an appt for a few days later for a wash and cut. I called to cancel the appointment because I changed my mind, and it was almost like they were relieved?
