I love Visible Changes in the North Star Mall. I have been going to Martin since about 2004. He came recommended by a business associate who's hair I'd admired. Then she told me that the entire office staff of 5 are also his clients. My dentist complimented on my cut and I on her's, then we realized we both went to Martin! I have been going to Kim for about 2 years now. I refuse to go with anyone else. She's absolutely the best!
So this was my first time making an appointment with this salon and I was praying for a good outcome. I know exactly what I want out of a hair cut and I am willing to pay for a good one with someone who knows what they are doing. I called in to make an appointment and was given one with either Elizabeth or Erika (something like that, she had 13 years of experience from what I was told) and was one of the higher level hair stylist (also cost more).
