I would give Toyota a 1 star if I didnt buy a car from them. There customer service sucks bad. I waited 3 hours for a dam oil change and tire rotation. If it's going to take that long , why not just tell me to make a appointment or come back later. But no courtesy at all. They just had me sitting there like a dumb ass... Thanks a lot
