We made an appointment for 1 on a Saturday. At no point did anyone advise us that the wait would be over 4 hours long for a basic oil change. This is a break down on management for not staffing accordingly and also on staff not communicating clearing to their clients. If someone would had advise us then we would have made appropriate plans.
