4 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change that was suppose to take an hour and a half already.

My car had a recall for the air bags. Took my car in to have them changed. A month later the airbag light on dashboard was on. Call Toyota and told them that I had brought in my car a month ago for a recall and that now I have the airbag light back on they told me to bring the car in didn’t tell me I would have to pay a diagnosis fee until that morning when I arrived. Horrible. They blew a cash deal lied about the rebate that was on the truck. Stay clear of this dealership. Every time we have gone to any of these dealerships they are horrible to deal with. SCAMMERS

So we are first time buyers. My wife and I went in not really knowing what to expect. But Zack Smith really went the extra mile to make everything happen for us. We came out with the car we wanted and couldn’t be happier with our service. The honesty of Zack was first class. If your looking to upgrade or buy a car. I definitely recommend a Toyota.
