Very bad costumer service at service department, they discriminate and Manager also discriminate. They say one think and than when you go back for the part and prepare it’s another thing. They like to yell to customers and be disrespectful.
Waiting areas need deep cleaning and overall facility is not child friendly. We were in pinch to get car serviced so I had to bring my 9 month old along and decided to wait at dealership to avoid lugging car seat in shuttle. I was prepared to encounter dirty carpet as baby is wanting to play but did not expect how grimy and filthy the toys in their kid corner were.
