I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. We scheduled an appointment for a 9:00 a.m. oil change and expected our truck to be serviced within a reasonable timeframe. By 5:00 p.m., we still had not received a call that the vehicle was ready. When my husband called for an update, no one answered. Since I am only two days postpartum from a C-section, my husband had to find someone else to drive him to the dealership. After all that, we were told they were just then finishing up on his truck.
