I had a wonderful experience at Visalia Toyota! After looking at several cars from several dealerships and feeling very disheartened with my search, I came to Visalia Toyota. I have a 2008 sienna minivan. I took it into the dealership for recalls and now my door doesn’t work. They said, “they didn’t know what happened.” It worked fine before you touched it! Talked to manager, person who worked on my car and everyone stood their shaking their heads and would not honor fixing the door. Bad business. Do not go here to buy or have your cars fixed!!
